Japan's former defense minister and national security adviser, Ms. Yuriko Koike visited the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital on 06.05.2013

Ms. Yuriko Koike, Japan's former defense minister and national security adviser toured the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital on 6th May 2013.  She was received by Dr. Margit Gabriele Muller, Director Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital who showed her around the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital facilities. The esteemed guest visited the museum where she was given an in-depth insight on the history of the Abu Dhabi Falcon Hospital as well as the cultural background and history of Arabic falconry and the fascinating world of falcons. From the museum, Ms. Yuriko proceeded to the examination room where she watched the feather replacement of a falcon. She also enjoyed carrying the majestic falcons prior to watching the free-flying falcons in an aviary. Ms. Yuriko was highly impressed about the Shaheen Conference Center and the beautiful museum with rare photographs of H.H. The Late Sheikh Zayed with falcons.
